From Fields to Feeds is an initiative dedicated to bringing the agricultural richness of farming, gardening, and food-related enterprises into the digital realm.
The SC Harvest Hub, a central component of this project, serves as a comprehensive platform highlighting minority farmers and agribusinesses across South Carolina.
Its mission is to educate, build a cohesive marketing network, and illuminate the historical traditions, practices, and legacy of minority farming and agricultural professions. Additionally, it introduces the public to these farmers, enabling them to directly purchase their products, wares, and services, fostering economic growth and community support.
By spotlighting the work and voices of South Carolina’s minority agricultural community, SC Harvest Hub fosters deeper connections between producers and consumers. This digital space encourages collaboration, preserves cultural knowledge, and strengthens local economies, ensuring that the legacy and labor of these growers remain visible, valued, and viable for generations to come.
